At a July 2002 meeting the RCPOA elected a new slate of officers. Ted King of Claremore was named President, with Fred T. Morgan Vice-President.  Dan Sweeney will continue as Secretary/Treasurer, a position he has held for over 8 years.

     Ted King is a very dedicated man who understands that taxes are overwhelming many lower income property owners.  He has dedicated himself to the task of making RCPOA work for the people.  The organization is very fortunate to have him as our leader.
     Fred T. Morgan is a retired Rogers County Assessor.  He retired at the end of year 2000.  He has worked diligently since 1994 to bring common sense back to the property tax system.  He has been active in the RCPOA since l994.  The Organization is very fortunate to have someone with first hand experience in property tax administration.  He has a firm belief that our current property tax system is unfair to many home owners.  He would like to see drastic changes made in our laws.
     Dan Sweeney was a member of the founding group of RCPOA officials in 1994.  He is a very dedicated member of our organization and has served  property owners with great honesty and dignity.
